I’m Marisa and I’m a Creative Arts Psychotherapist. This simply means I can work with you using traditional talking therapy as well as creative modalities.

However, if you feel more comfortable using the space to talk, the session is yours to lead. Sessions are always taken at a pace that’s right for you, and creative modalities will support you to explore difficulties in a less confronting way. I am also an experienced breathwork facilitator and can bring this into our sessions if you are willing to explore this.

Alongside this, I also use Integral Eye Movement Therapy to support people in processing past trauma and unwanted memories. It’s a focused, gentle approach that can help shift how these experiences are held in the mind and body, without revisiting every detail.
