  • What inspires me most is seeing people change and grow when they feel truly listened to. Often people come feeling stuck, confused or carrying things they have not been able to talk about with anyone. Sometimes all it takes is having a safe space and someone who is willing to listen without judgement.

In my work, I have seen how powerful simple human connection can be. When people feel understood, they slowly start to open, see things differently and begin to find their own way forward. Change does not usually happen overnight, but through small steps and honest conversations.

Being part of someone’s journey like this is very meaningful to me. I feel inspired when I see people begin to understand themselves better, feel a little lighter, and realise they have more strength than they thought. Watching that process unfold reminds me why this work matters.

For me, it is about walking alongside people for a while, supporting them as they make sense of their experiences and helping them reconnect with themselves and with others.

I am an integrative counsellor, clinical supervisor, and wellbeing coordinator with over 21 years of experience in guiding individuals through life’s challenges and helping them find clarity and strength. My background in housing, charity, and community sectors has shaped my approach, blending therapeutic expertise with an understanding of diverse life contexts. I create a safe, confidential space for individuals, couples, and young people to explore their experiences, emotions, and relationships, moving toward healing and resilience.

I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone as a tool for personal growth, healing, and managing life’s complexities. My practice integrates person-centred, trauma-informed, and mind-body approaches, allowing for a flexible and tailored experience. I support clients facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, relationship breakdowns, and identity exploration (including gender and sexuality).

Through my extensive work as a wellbeing leader and counsellor, I have developed and led workshops and community programs focusing on wellness, mental health, and personal development. I am passionate about creating inclusive, supportive spaces that honor each individual’s unique path and strengths.

Let’s work together to build the tools and insights that will empower you to thrive.
