Daniella is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and mother of two. Originally from the twin island Republic of Trinidad & Tobago and having lived in Barbados, the US, and the UK, she embraces diverse experiences and backgrounds and deeply understands the importance of representation and inclusivity in mental health care.
Daniella creates a warm, understanding space where your story is honored and your journey matters. She is a compassionate therapist committed to helping you navigate life's challenges and live a more rich and meaningful life.
Specializing in maternal mental health, Daniella is dedicated to supporting all mothers, with particular expertise in working with women from Black, Caribbean, and Asian backgrounds. She has extensive experience supporting people through depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and anxiety disorders. Drawing from her personal experience as a mother of a child with severe food allergies, she also has a special interest in supporting parents navigating this challenging journey.
Her diverse professional background spans the NHS, digital mental health platforms, and academia. She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and also draws on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) in her practice.
