  • As a trainee counselling psychologist, I work from a person-centred approach, placing your unique experiences and perspectives at the heart of our sessions. My focus is on creating a safe, accepting and collaborative space where you feel truly heard and understood.

I bring patience, openness and deep empathy to my work, honouring each client’s story and process at their own pace. I have experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and life experiences. I am passionate about multicultural competence and care deeply about understanding and appreciating difference and diversity as something to be valued and explored with respect and sensitivity.

I have a particular interest in trauma and the ways it shapes our emotional worlds. I aim to support you in exploring and making sense of your experiences, while helping you to reconnect with your strengths and capacity for growth
Together, we can work towards understanding, healing and greater self-awareness in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to you.

  • I am inspired by acts of kindness and compassion. I love connecting with people and learning about different cultures.

  • I am an avid PC gamer. I use gaming as a way to connect with friends and to engage in some healthy escapism. I am also teaching myself to play the acoustic guitar, and I have a passion for all types of live music.
