I am a sex and relationship therapist based in South Wales. I am queer, Welsh, nonbinary and transmasculine with bilingual pronouns - They/Nhw.
For the first 4 years of my career, alongside private practice, I worked in a Gender Identity Clinic providing trans-affirming Psychosexual Therapy, which gave me a unique specialism in working with sexual issues with trans and nonbinary people who were medically transitioning. I specialise in working with sexual issues but also under the queer umbrella.
I work pluralistically. This means that I don't use any specific 'model' of therapy and instead work in collaboration with the client where we combine my expertise and your expertise in yourself to co-create a therapeutic journey that works for you. I am holistic in my approach, consent-based and am an anti-oppressive in my practice.

I am best suited to work with trans, nonbinary or queer clients, or with anyone who wants to talk about how their work is affecting their sex and relationship life.

My hobbies include walks with my dog, meals out, live theatre and comedy, jigsaw puzzles and exercise that is fun for my body, like Zumba, Parkrun and swimming!

What inspires me at the moment is the Queers for Palestine movement. It is a wonderful example of marginalised folks fighting for the rights of people under even more threat.
Queers for Palestine march and fight for all people who are victims of the genocide, and incorporate their protests into bigger pride marches (the ones that don't partner up with businesses that contribute to the genocide). They embody the 'One Struggle, One Fight' attitude, which is what we all need to be doing.
