Tahirah Yasin is an experienced psychotherapist with a diverse background supporting individuals across complex emotional and psychological needs. Tahirah has particular expertise in working with refugees and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, offering compassionate, culturally sensitive care that recognises resilience alongside trauma. She also brings a unique perspective through her experience in equine-assisted work, integrating relational and somatic awareness into therapeutic practice where appropriate.
She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, supporting clients to process trauma, reduce distress, and develop practical coping strategies for everyday life. Alongside her clinical work, Tahirah provides clinical supervision, creating reflective and supportive spaces for practitioners to grow professionally while maintaining ethical and emotionally sustainable practice.
